手指伸肌腱止点断裂94例治疗效果的研究

Study on the treatment of 94 cases of rupture of extensor tendon

目的:探讨手指伸肌腱止点断裂手术与保守治疗的效果。方法:选取医院急诊外科治疗的94例手指伸肌腱止点断裂患者,按手术与保守治疗分成研究组与对照组,研究组患者予以手术治疗,对照组患者予以保守治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组患者的临床优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予手指伸肌腱止点断裂患者行手术治疗具有显著效果,可以全面提升患者预后手指功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of operation and conservative treatment of extensor tendon rupture.Methods:94 patients with rupture of extensor tendon insertion were selected from the emergency surgery department of the Hospital.According to the operation and conservative treatment,they were divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with operation and the patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment,and the therapeutic effect was compared and observed.Results:after the treatment of the control group and the study group,the clinical excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:the surgical treatment of extensor tendon rupture of fingers has significant effect,which can improve the finger function of patients.
