老年患者抑郁症的心理疏导以及精神护理体会

Psychological counseling and mental nursing experience in depression in elderly patients

目的:探究心理疏导联合精神护理在老年患者抑郁症护理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取医院86例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封法分成研究组(43例)和对照组(43例),研究组患者施行心理疏导联合精神护理,对照组患者施行常规护理,对比两组患者组间抑郁评分、生活质量评分差异。结果:护理后,研究组患者抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年抑郁症患者施行心理疏导联合精神护理,不仅能有效改善其负性情绪,还能提升其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological counseling combined with mental nursing in the treatment of depression in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with depression in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this study(from January 2018 to December 2018).The patients were divided into study group(43 cases)and control group.Forty-three patients,the study group underwent psychological counseling combined with mental care,and the control group received routine nursing,comparing the differences in depression scores and quality of life scores between groups.Results:After the nursing,the depression score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling combined with mental care for elderly patients with depression can not only effectively improves their negative emotions,but also improves their quality of life.
