尿毒症患者经腹膜透析治疗后的常见并发症及护理分析

Common complications and nursing analysis of uremic patients after peritoneal dialysis treatment

目的:探讨尿毒症患者经腹膜透析治疗后的常见并发症及护理措施。方法:回顾性分析126例尿毒症腹膜透析患者的临床资料,总结尿毒症患者经腹膜透析治疗后的常见并发症,并制定相应的护理干预措施。结果:患者经腹膜透析治疗后的并发症发生率为30.16%,主要并发症类型为导管切口感染、感染性腹膜炎、贫血、低蛋白血症。结论:针对尿毒症患者经腹膜透析治疗后的常见并发症实施相应护理干预,可保障腹膜透析的顺利实施。

Objective:To investigate the common complications and nursing measures of uremia patients after peritoneal dialysis treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 126 cases of uremic peritoneal dialysis were retrospectively analyzed,and the common complications of uremic patients after peritoneal dialysis treatment were summarized,and the corresponding nursing intervention measures were formulated.Results:The incidence of complications after peritoneal dialysis treatment was 30.16%.The main types of complications were catheter incision infection,infectious peritonitis,anemia,low protein.Conclusion:The corresponding nursing intervention for the common complications of uremic patients after peritoneal dialysis treatment can ensure the smooth implementation of peritoneal dialysis.
