老年冠心病患者术后心脏康复信息需求现状及影响因素

Current situation and influencing factors of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation information demand of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨老年冠心病患者术后心脏康复信息需求的现状,分析影响其术后心脏康复信息需求的相关因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表及心脏康复信息需求量表于术后1天对符合纳入标准的老年冠心病患者进行资料收集,采用多元线性回归分析探索影响老年冠心病患者术后心脏康复信息需求的相关因素。结果:老年冠心病患者术后对心脏康复信息需求的总分为(145.22±21.57)分,处于中下水平;文化程度较低、未接受过心脏康复相关知识培训、服药种类及合并症个数较多的老年冠心病患者,其术后的心脏康复信息需求水平较高(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者术后的心脏康复信息需求总体较低,且受多种因素影响。医护人员应综合个体的实际情况,有针对性的筛选术后高信息需求患者,并对其实施个性化的术后心脏康复健康教育,以促进术后患者的有效康复。

Objective:To explore the current situation of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation information needs of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and analyze the related factors that affect their postoperative cardiac rehabilitation information needs.Methods:General data questionnaire and cardiac rehabilitation information demand scale were used to collect data of elderly patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria one day after operation.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to explore the relevant factors affecting the cardiac rehabilitation information demand of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after operation.Results:The total score of postoperative demand for cardiac rehabilitation information for elderly patients with coronary heart disease was(145.22±21.57),which was in the middle and lower level.Elderly patients with coronary heart disease who have low education level,have not received any training on cardiac rehabilitation related knowledge,and have a large number of medication types and complications have a higher level of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation information demand(P<0.05).Conclusion:The demand for postoperative cardiac rehabilitation information for elderly patients with coronary heart disease is generally low and is affected by various factors.The medical staff should synthesize the individual's actual situation,select the patients with high information demand after operation,and implement personalized postoperative cardiac rehabilitation health education to promote the effective rehabilitation of patients after operation.
