妇科炎症感染微生物检验方法的效果与分析

目的:探讨妇科炎症感染中微生物检验方法的应用价值与临床效果。方法:80例妇科炎症感染患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。为两组进行不同方式的微生物检验,检验方法主要为培养法与凝集法,对照组用培养法,研究组用凝集法,最后对两种微生物检验的效果进行对比与分析。结果:研究组的凝集法效果为92.00%,对照组的培养法效果为90.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过两组用不同的微生物检验方法,研究组的凝集法与对照组的培养法都能够为妇科炎症感染患者起到极为显著的作用,建议将两种联合使用,从而提高检出率。

Objective:To study the inflammation of department of gynaecology of application value and the clinical effect of microbiological method.Methods:80 patients with gynecological inflammation were randomly divided into research group and the control group,40 cases in each group.For two groups of different ways of microorganism inspection,inspection method is mainly for the training method and agglutination method,the control group with culture method,the team with agglutination method,finally,comparing the effect of two kinds of microbial inspection and analysis.Results:the team agglutination method,the effect of 92.00%,the control effect of culture method was 90.00%,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:the two groups with different microbial inspection method,the team of agglutination method and culture method in the control group were able to play a very significant role in inflammation of department of gynaecology patients,recommendations will be used in combination with two,improve the detection rate.
