儿童隐匿性气道异物3例的治疗体会

Treatment experience of 3 cases of occult airway foreign body in children

气道异物是儿童常见急重症之一,也是低龄儿童因意外伤害而死亡的主要原因。但部分患儿因病史提供不确切、症状无特异性,病情危重易变化,鉴别诊断复杂,常为隐匿性气道异物,存在较高的漏诊、误诊率。现总结某医院2018年3例隐匿性气道异物致误诊的病例特点,分析其误诊的原因。

Airway foreign body is one of the common acute and severe diseases in children,and it is also the main cause of the death of young children due to accidental injuries.However,due to the inaccurate history of some children,including the symptoms are not specific,the condition is prone to change,and the differential diagnosis is complex,it is an occult airways foreign body and has a high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.This paper summarizes the characteristics of 3 cases of occult airways foreign body caused by long-term misdiagnosis in 2018,and analyzes the causes of misdiagnosis.
