重组人干扰素α2b治疗小儿疱疹性咽颊炎的疗效分析

Effect of recombinant human interferonα2b on herpes-induced pharyngitis in children

目的:对小儿疱疹性咽颊炎使用重组人干扰素α2b注射治疗的疗效分析,并观察其临床效果。方法:选择某院收治的200例小儿疱疹性咽颊炎患儿作为研究对象,依据不同的治疗方案均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿给予阿糖腺苷,观察组患儿在阿糖腺苷基础上加用重组人干扰素α2b注射治疗,比较两组患儿咽峡部疱疹消退时间、退热时间、流涎疼痛消失时间、住院时间,对比两组患儿临床治疗有效率以及并发症。结果:两组患儿咽峡部疱疹消退时间、退热时间、流涎疼痛消失时间、住院时间对比中,观察组较对照组时间短;临床总有效率比较中,观察组优于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对疱疹性咽颊炎患儿使用重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗,疗效肯定,有效缓解患儿症状,缩短住院时间,增强免疫功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of recombinant human interferonα2b injection in children with herpes pharyngitis and observe its clinical effect.Methods:200 cases of herpes pharyngitis were treated in hospital.According to different treatment plan,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with adenosine arabinoside.The patients were treated with recombinant human interferonα2b injection.Results:The time of herpes regression,antipyretic time,salivation pain disappeared and hospital stay in the two groups were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the total clinical efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complications were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferonα2b injection is effective in relieving symptoms,shortening hospital stay and enhancing immune function.
