CT diagnosis torsion of the mesentery with Chylous ascites of 1 adult patient

通过对1例小肠系膜扭转伴乳糜腹腔积液病例进行分析讨论,提高对成人小肠系膜扭转的认识。小肠系膜扭转伴乳糜腹腔积液临床上较为少见,早诊断,早手术,是抢救患者生命的关键,术中发现乳糜腹水,预示预后良好。

To improve the understanding of Mesenteric Volvulus in adults,a case of Mesenteric Volvulus with Chylous ascites was analyzed and discussed.Early diagnosis and early operation is the key to save the life of patients.Chylous ascites is found during operation,which indicates a good prognosis.
