德国慕尼黑知识产权法中心硕士课程体系及其启示

摘要 近年来,随着我国知识产权人才需求的不断增加,知识产权教育得到了快速发展。但我国高校在开展知识产权教育过程中还存在培养目标与培养模式不够协调、师资结构稍显单一、教学形式有待进一步丰富和实践教学有待加强等问题。我国在今后开展知识产权教育和人才培养过程中,应当先从以下三个方面着手改进或完善:第一,注重应用型和复合型知识产权人才培养,适时设置知识产权专业硕士学位;第二,进一步加强面向不同课程设置的多学科、综合师资队伍建设;第三,积极开展“高校—企业—政府”多主体参与的知识产权人才培养体制。 In recent years,with the increasing demand of intellectual property talents in China,intellectual property education has developed rapidly.However,there are still some problems in the development of intellectual property education in the universities in China,such as insufficient coordination of training objectives and cultivation modes,a slightly single teacher structure,a need to further enrich of teaching forms and the need to strengthen practical teaching.In the process of intellectual property education and talent training in China in the future,we should improve the following three aspects:firstly,pay attention to the cultivation of applied and compound intellectual property talents,and set up a master's degree in intellectual property in a timely manner;secondly,further strengthen the construction of multi-disciplinary and comprehensive faculty for different curricula;thirdly,actively carry out the training system of intellectual property talents with multi-subject participation of"university-enterprise-government".
