基于高中思想政治学科的《中国公民科学素质基准》解读

Interpretation of Chinese Citizens'Scientific Literacy Benchmark Based on High School Ideological and Political Subjects

将《中国公民科学素质基准》与新的《普通高中思想政治课程标准(2017年版)》相比对,可发现高中思想政治学科涉及较多的公民科学素质基准点,而且这些基准点大多数属于科学精神和科学方法层面,所以高中思想政治学科在公民科学素质培养中具有重要地位和作用。应通过完善新教材的内容、改革考试和教学评价制度等方式,提高高中生的思想政治教育质量,进而实现我国公民科学素质的提高。

Comparing the reference of Chinese Citizen's Scientific Benchmark with the new ideological and political curriculum standard of ordinary high school(2017 ed.),it is found that the high school ideological and political discipline involves many reference points of citizen science quality,and most of these datum points belong to the scientific spirit and the scientific method level,so high school thought Political science plays an important role in the cultivation of citizen's scientific quality.We should improve the quality of the cultivation of scientific quality in the ideological and political aspects of high school citizens by improving the content of new textbooks,reforming examination and teaching evaluation system,and so on,so as to realize the improvement of the scientific quality of our citizens.
