摘要
球磨机是一种广泛应用于化学冶金、矿产开采、陶瓷等行业中的研磨设备。通过研磨,制备符合生产要求的物料。但球磨机在一定程度上存在能耗大、效率低的缺点。为改善球磨机的生产效率及降低能耗,实现球磨机控制系统自动化控制,通过单片机技术,PWM调速机理,搭建球磨机控制系统,以实现球磨机的自动控制,提高球磨机生产效率、降低能耗。
Ball mill is a kind ofgrinding equipmentwidely used in chemical metallurgy, mineral exploration, and Ceramic industry, etc. By grinding, material required can be prepared. However, the ball mill has the disadvantages of large energy consumption and low efficiency to some extent. To improve the production efficiency of ball mill and reduce the energy consumption and realize automatic control for ball mill system,monolithic integrated circuit technology, PWM speed regulating mechanism are applied to build a ball mill control system and thus realize the automatic control of ball mill and accordingly improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
