摘要
针对南京电气绝缘子有限公司绝缘子装配养护后出现的表面白粉问题,通过实验室测试及模拟生产试验,分析白粉主要成分及产生原因。试验表明,较高的水料比、长时间高温蒸养产生的冷凝水导致胶合剂表面白粉,并提出解决胶合剂表面白粉的一些措施。
Experimental tests and simulated production trials are conducted to address the problem of the white powder appeared on the surface of our products after being assembled and maintained. The major components of the white powder and reasons of its creation are analyzed. The experiments indicated condensation water from high ratio of water to materials and long-time steaming is the cause. Some measures are raised to solve the the problem.
