基于微元分析法的高压油管压力控制

Pressure controlling of high-pressure oil tubes based on differential element methods

摘要 分析单向阀、针阀和凸轮等因素对高压油管压力变化的影响,得到控制高压油管压力稳定所需的最佳单向阀开启时长、最优凸轮角速度和高压油泵的控制方案。分别建立压力稳定模型、压力渐增模型、压力守恒模型等,同时运用微元分析法和迭代法进行求解,得到高压油管压力的优化控制结果。 The influence factors of one-way valve,needle valve and cam on the pressure changing of high-pressure oil tubes were studied.The optimal control opening time of one-way valve,the optimal control scheme of cam angular velocity and high-pressure oil pump were presented.Pressure stability models,pressure increasing models and pressure conservation models were established respectively.Meanwhile,the optimal controlling solution was obtained by using differential element methods and iterative methods.
