城中村社会治理体制研究的新面向

The new orientation of the research on the social governance system of urban villages

城中村的研究兴起于20世纪90年代,到21世纪初达到了一个峰值,涉及多个学科和相关领域的学者,目前的研究已进入了“深水区”和“攻坚期”。从近30年的研究成果来看,硕果累累,但依然存在着研究地域集中在北上广经济发达地区、研究理论囿于各自学科围墙之内、研究视角和方法比较单一等不足。所以,要实现城中村多元共治的社会治理,在研究上需要有三个面向:首先,在研究内容上着眼全局,侧重以往研究的“弱光区”;其次,在研究思路和方法上,要能够实现宏观与微观之间的来回穿梭;最后,要直面问题本身的“元问题”,寻找解决问题的“元方法”。

The research on urban villages started in the 1990s and reached a peak at the beginning of this century,involving scholars in multiple disciplines and related fields。The current research has entered a“deep water zone”and a“critical stage”.The research in the past 30 years has been fruitful,but there still exists some limitations.For example,the research area is concentrated in the economically developed areas of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.The research theory is confined within the separate disciplines,and the research perspectives and methods are relatively simple.Therefore,in order to realize the multi-governing of the social governance for urban villages,three aspects of the research are needed。First,we should focus on the overall situation in the research content,giving special attention to the“weak light area”of previous research;secondly,in the research ideas and methods,we must shuttle back and forth between the macro and micro;finally,we must face the“meta problem”of the problem and looking for a“meta-method”to solve the problem.
