摘要
天地一体化信息网络GEO卫星宽带网络可利用跳波束实现陆海空天各类用户接入信令、应答等控制信息的传输。针对天基GEO卫星宽带网络用户随遇接入的需求,分析跳波束资源池化与信令接入需求的特征,改变传统多波束卫星系统碎片化的资源配置方式,充分发挥跳波束按需覆盖、灵活分簇的技术特点。提出了基于时间分片的跳波束工作机理和跳变策略,实现系统资源的全局调度和按需、灵活、高效的利用,最终提高天基GEO卫星宽带网络的管理控制能力和服务响应能力。
GEO satellite wideband network of Space-ground Integration Information Network provides access signaling and response message transmission by beam-hopping for various users of land,sea and air.To meet the random access demand of GEO satellite wideband network,we analyze the characteristics of beam-hopping resource pooling and access signaling,change the traditional method of fragmented resource allocation,and make adequate use of the demanded coverage and flexible clustering characteristics of beam-hopping.Beam-hopping working mechanism and strategy based on time slot are proposed to accomplish the overall scheduling and demanded,flexible and efficient use of system resource,and finally to improve the management-control and service response ability of GEO satellite wideband network.
