摘要
调距桨装置可使螺旋桨在任何工况下都能吸收主机功率,但调距桨装置的使用并不是不受限制的,尤其是低负荷工况下的使用。不合理地使用调距桨装置(螺距和转速的匹配)可能会引起螺旋桨效率和空泡性能下降。文章以低负荷工况为常用工况的某型船为例,介绍了调距桨装置的设计和试验验证,对低负荷工况运行调距桨的设计具有参考和借鉴意义。
The CPP can absorb engine power under any working conditions, but the use of CPP is not unlimited especially under low loading conditions. Unreasonable use of CPP(the matching of rotation speed and pitch) may decrease the efficiency and cavitation performance of the propeller. The paper introduces the design and test verification of CPP for a ship in which the low loading condition is used as common working condition, and the results are useful for reference in CPP design under such operating condition.
