摘要
船用起重设备在吊装作业时常引起起吊对象出现摇摆现象,不仅影响作业效率,甚至会影响作业安全,该特点在舱室有限的船用领域内的表现尤其明显。针对该类摇摆问题,设计一种新型空间多连杆防摇装置,并基于Adams软件对该装置的防摇效果进行仿真研究,分析大车、小车和吊具升降时吊装对象的运动学状态。结果表明,该装置能达到良好的防摇效果,具有结构新颖、工作可靠和安装紧凑等优点,在船用防摇领域具有工程应用价值。
The sway of the lifting object during the lifting operation of the marine lifting equipment often affects the operating efficiency and even the operating safety. The feature is particularly obvious in the marine field with limited cabin space. Aiming at the swaying problem, a new type of multi-link anti-swaying device is designed in this paper. Based on Adams software, the anti-rolling performance of the vehicle is simulated and studied. The kinematic state of lifting objects is analyzed when the carts, trolleys and spars are being lifted. The results show that the device achieves a good anti-sway effect, and has the advantages of novel structure, reliable operation and compact installation, which has engineering application value in the field of anti-rolling for ships.
