摘要 文章介绍了适用于机舱消防安全的相关法规,详述了船舶常用的固定式灭火系统,给出了机舱固定式灭火系统的配备要求。以某30万吨超大型油船为对象,依照FSS Code等法规计算了泡沫浓缩液储量和应急消防泵的排量,推算了应急发电机的功率,最后根据MSC.1/Circular.1528和UISC262对FSS Code中的机舱最大保护空间的容积的统一解释,和SOLAS对火灾危险物的界定,优化了机舱布置。通过研究得出:机舱设计时,要充分考虑机舱防火、灭火要求,科学规划布置舱室及设备,在准确理解规范规则要求的基础上,合理减少机舱最大保护空间,降低设备成本。 The paper introduces the related fire laws and regulations applicable to the fire safety of ship’s engine room and ship common fixed fire-extinguishing systems. It gives the requirements of fixed fire extinction system needed in engine room. Taking a 300 000 DWT VLCC as the object, the required quantity of foam concentrate capacity and the minimum water pump capacity of the fixed high-expansion foam fire-extinguishing system are calculated in according with FSS Code. Finally, it gives the optimized engine room layout made by the unified interpretation of MSC.1/Circular.1528 and UI SC 262 on the max protected volume, accompanying with the definition of fire risk objects in SOLAS. Through the study, it concludes that the design of the engine room should fully consider the requirements of the fire prevention and fire extinguishing in engine room, and scientifically plan and arrange the cabins and equipment on the basis of accurate understanding of the rules and regulations, so as to reasonably reduce the protected capacity of the engine room and control the cost of equipment.
