中国海洋生物医药与制品产业发展建议——基于四个城市的调研分析

Development Suggestions of Chinese Marine Industry of Biomedicine and Products——Based on Research and Analysis of Four Cities

海洋生物医药与制品产业是国家海洋经济高质量发展的重要推动力。该文以该产业的国内外发展现状为基础,对厦门、福州、宁波、青岛四个城市的27家海洋生物医药与制品企业进行了深入调研。通过对调研内容进行梳理,发现了制约产业发展的三个突出问题,分别是产业标准不当或者缺失、产品研发周期与专项实施周期的矛盾、企业的技术创新能力不足。建议政府从优化完善现有的行业标准体系、加强项目的引导性作用、提升企业核心竞争力三个角度着手,进一步推进海洋生物医药产业健康有序发展。

Marine industry of biomedicine and products is an important driving force for the high-quality development of national marine economy. Based on the development status of the industry at home and abroad, 27 marine enterprises of biomedicine and products in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Ningbo and Qingdao were investigated. Through combing the research content, three prominent problems restricting the development of industry were found, including improper or missing standards, the contradiction between the R&D cycle and implementation cycle of the project, and lack of technological innovation ability of enterprises. It is suggested that the government should optimize and improve the existing industry standard system, strengthen the guiding role of the project, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, promoting healthy and orderly development of marine industry of biomedicine and products.
