无人机雷电感应瞬态敏感度脉冲群试验应用

Application of lightning indirect effects multiple boost test in UAV

飞机雷电直接效应和间接效应试验发展中,航空器试验得到了广泛研究,但对无人机的研究较少。对比DO160-G标准的雷电感应瞬态敏感度试验中脉冲群干扰与CS115和CS116试验的不同,选取某无人机飞控计算机,通过完成了CS115、CS116和雷电感应瞬态敏感度试验验,得出了即使通过了CS115和CS116试验,无人机也存在因雷电间接效应而敏感的可能。提醒产品设计师们需要加强此方面的设计防护和试验验证。

In the development of lightning direct effect and indirect effect test,aviation electronic test was widely researched,but the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)test was less researched.In this paper,the different between CS115/CS116 and lightning indirect effects multiple boost test in DO160-G standard was discussed,meanwhile one UAV controller was completed the test.The results show that UAV electronic may fail in the lightning indirect effects multiple boost test,although CS115 and CS116 test were passed.The designer should attach importance to the lightning indirect effects protection and test in UAV.
