皖北某县社区居民艾滋病知识知晓水平调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the knowledge of AIDS among community residents in northern Anhui Province

目的了解皖北社区居民对艾滋病基本知识的认知水平状况,为今后改进艾滋病宣传教育措施提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,在城镇社区抽取400名居民作为调查对象,进行面对面匿名问卷调查。结果调查对象艾滋病知识平均知晓率为97.5%。获得艾滋病相关知识的主要途径排在前三位的分别是电视(占55.0%)、网络(占49.9%)和宣传广告栏(占34.1%)。结论社区居民艾滋病知识知晓率较高,获得艾滋病相关知识的途径中以电视和网络等视听媒体为主。该县艾滋病宣传效果较好,在今后的宣传中应继续提高视听类宣传形式的比重。

Objective To investigate the levels of AIDS knowledge among residents and provide scientific basis for development of health education strategies.Methods Using Stratified sampling method, 400 residents were recruited and interviewed.A structured questionnaire was anonymously administered face-to-face for each participant.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 97.5%.Television(55.0%), networks(49.9%) and advertising boards(34.1%)were the top three main sources of AIDS-related knowledge.Conclusion Community residents in Anhui county had a high level of AIDS knowledge, access to AIDS-related knowledge mainly through television and network.The proportion of audio-visual publicity forms should be continued to increase in the future and the accessibility and effectiveness of health education need to be improved.
