面向高比例可再生能源交直流混联电网的动态自动电压控制系统:设计与应用 被引量:22

摘要 近年来,高比例可再生能源发电接入我国电网,通过多条特高压/超高压交直流输电线路实现远距离传输,电网对故障后的暂态电压过程更加敏感,暂态电压安全成为我国电网的核心威胁之一。这已经成为国内外学术界和产业界关注的热点,其中一个焦点是如何通过有效的控制手段降低出现暂态电压不安全的风险。该文设计并研发了面向高比例可再生能源交直流混联电网的动态自动电压控制(dynamic automatic voltage control,DAVC)系统,通过考虑在线预想故障集的预防控制,提升电网故障后的暂态电压支撑能力。阐述了所研制的DAVC系统总体结构、主要功能和系统设计,通过在实际大型电网的应用案例说明其效果。目前,该DAVC系统已经在我国多个网省级电网调度控制中心取得实际在线应用。 In recent years, a high proportion of renewable energy is connected to Chinese power grid, transmitted to load-center area through several UHV/EHV AC/DC transmission lines, the power system is much more sensitive to transient voltage processes after faults, transient voltage security has become one of the core threats. Transient voltage security is the research hot spot of academia and industry, one of the focuses is how to decrease the risk of transient voltage insecurity through proper control actions. Dynamic automatic voltage control(DAVC) system for AC-DC hybrid power grid with high proportion of renewable energy was designed and developed. DAVC system was able to promote the transient voltage support capability after faults by preventive control actions considering online anticipated fault set. The overall structure, main function and system design of DAVC were introduced and the application results of DAVC were presented in this paper. So far, DAVC system has been put into practical application in several control centers of regional and provincial power grids.
