摘要
选取福建厦门杏林湾流域作为我国东南沿海地区高强度开发的典型性案例,通过居住区功能湿地系统性的建构,规划出城市居住区恢复、重建湿地的方案,展示了"功能湿地"理论将生态保护与建设开发的关系由对立转变成相互依存的设计操作过程,为沿海城市解决水资源失衡问题、优化人居生态环境提供策略。
Using the residential area of Xinglin Bay Watershed in Xiamen,Fujian Province as a typical case of high-intensity development areas in the southeast coastal region,this paper introduces a planning scheme that restores the residential area and reconstructs wetland through systematic construction of functional wetland planning.It demonstrates the design process of"Functional Wetlands"theory that transforms the oppositional relationship between ecological preservation and urban construction to an interdependent one,providing reference for coastal cities to solve the problem of imbalance of water resources and to optimize the ecological living environment.
