制定城镇燃气设施保护地方政府规章或行政规范性文件是实施城镇燃气设施保护的重要措施。本文调研了部分城镇燃气设施保护地方政府规章或行政规范性文件现状,分析了一些城镇燃气设施保护地方政府规章或行政规范性文件优点和不足,对制定城镇燃气设施保护地方政府规章或行政规范性文件提出了相关建议。
To formulate regulations on the protection of urban gas facilities is an important measure for the protection of urban gas facilities.This paper investigates the status quo of some urban gas facilities protection laws and regulations,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of some urban gas facilities protection laws and regulations,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the formulation of urban gas facilities protection laws and regulations.
