天津市9所三级甲等医院ICU护士临床报警管理能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of clinical alarm management ability of ICU nurses in 9 grade A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin

目的调查天津市9所三级甲等医院ICU护士的临床报警管理能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为制定改进措施提供参考依据。方法 2019年10—12月采用一般资料调查表和重症监护室(ICU)护士临床报警管理能力量表对303名ICU护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 ICU护士临床报警管理能力评分为132.12±10.73,处于中等偏上水平。ICU护士临床报警管理能力在学历、护士层级、科室、是否接受过报警管理培训及是否接受过计算机技能培训方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)结论在提高ICU护士临床报警管理能力时,要综合护士学历、层级、所在科室、是否接受过报警管理培训及是否接受过计算机技能培训多方面因素,有针对性地提出整改措施。

Objective To investigate the status of clinical alarm management ability among ICU nurses in 9 grade A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference basis for formulating improvement measures.Methods A total of 330 ICU nurses were investigated by general data questionnaire and clinical alarm management ability scale of ICU nurses from October to December 2019,and the data were analyzed.Results The clinical alarming management ability score of ICU nurses was 132.12±10.73,which was in the middle degree.The differences of clinical alarm management ability among ICU nurses with different educational background,nurse level,department,whether received alarm management training and whether received computer skills training were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When improving the cli-nical alarm management ability of ICU nurses,it is necessary to consider various factors such as nurses'education,nurse level,department,whether received the alarm management training and whether received the computer skills training,and put forward the corresponding rectification measures.
