摘要
为了自身安全和隐蔽,舰船必须降低其本身磁信号特征,定期消磁。主要介绍了舰船用消磁电缆的性能要求、结构设计、材料选型、载流量性能设计及生产工艺的重点控制。所设计的舰船用消磁电缆在柔软性、弯曲性、耐高低温性、耐磨性、抗水压性和耐海水腐蚀性较普通消磁电缆有了较大提高,同时该电缆还具有载流量大,消磁效率高的特点,在同等消磁电流条件下可以降低电缆规格和电缆敷设劳动强度,提高电缆使用寿命和安全性。
For the sake of safety and concealment,ships must reduce their own magnetic signal characteristics and demagnetize regularly.The performance requirements,structural design,material selection,current carrying capacity performance design and key control of production process of degaussing cable for ships are mainly introduced.The designed degaussing cable for ships has a greater improvement in flexibility,bending,high and low temperature resistance,wear resistance,water pressure resistance and seawater corrosion resistance than the ordinary degaussing cable.At the same time,the cable also has the characteristics of large carrying capacity and high degaussing efficiency.Under the same degaussing current condition,the cable specification and laying labor intensity can be reduced,and the service life and safety of the cable can be improved.
