Study on the Mechanism of Signal Transduction and Treatment of Inflammation Based on Cholinergic Anti-inflammatory Pathway

摘要 胆碱能抗炎通路(CAP)是指迷走神经在各种刺激作用下,其主要递质乙酰胆碱(ACh)大量释放,并与α7烟碱型ACh受体(α7nAChR)结合从而抑制多种炎症介质生成和释放,达到抑制局部或全身炎症反应的作用。众所周知,多数炎症性疾病(如类风湿关节炎)发病与相关炎症信号通路(如核因子-κB)密切相关,因此,深入研究CAP与炎症治疗及其相关通路机制的关系对炎症疾病的治疗具有重要意义。本研究通过综述CAP调控炎症性疾病及其相关信号通路的的作用机制,为今后治疗炎症相关疾病的新型药物的遴选和开发提供参考。 The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway(CAP) refers to the vagus nerve under a variety of stimuli, its main transmitter acetylcholine(ACh) is released in large quantities, and combined with α7 nicotinic ACh receptor(α7 nAChR) to inhibit the generation and release of various inflammatory mediators, to achieve suppression of local or systemic inflammation. As we all know, the incidence of most inflammatory diseases(such as rheumatoid arthritis) is closely related to related inflammatory signaling pathways(such as nuclear factor-κB). Therefore, in-depth study of the relationship between CAP and inflammatory treatment and related pathway mechanisms has important implications for the treatment of inflammatory disease. This paper by reviewing the mechanism of CAP regulating inflammatory diseases and related signaling pathways, provides a reference for the selection and development of new drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
