摘要
深圳华侨城创想大厦超高层建筑裙房屋面、主楼屋面均设计为种植屋面,防水层采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与自粘聚合物改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材复合防水系统,本文介绍了种植屋面的防水设计与施工工艺,并详述了女儿墙、水落口、出屋面管道、变形缝等细部节点的防水做法。
Taking the planted roof of super high-rise building of Chuangxiang Mansion in Shenzhen as an example,the article introduces the application of the composite waterproofing system of non-solidified rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating and polymer modified self-adhesive bituminous root resistant waterproofing membrane.It elaborates on the waterproofing design and construction technology for the roof plates of the planting area,and the paper also briefs waterproofing practices for details like parapet,water falling mouth,roof-through pipe,deformation joint etc.
