Construction Technology for Waterproofing Project of the Underground Excavation Channel of Chengdu Metro Line 5

地铁暗挖通道防水工程设计及施工质量的好坏对于通道后期运营维护和安全稳定具有重要意义。成都地铁5号线石犀公园站暗挖通道防水工程采用"结构自防水+柔性全包防水层"的防水方案,本文对该工程的外包防水层施工、特殊部位防水施工以及防水混凝土施工进行了分析和总结,以期能为类似工程的防水工程设计施工提供参考和借鉴。

The design and construction quality of the underground tunnel waterproofing project is of great significance to the later operation and maintenance of the tunnel,as well as the safety and stability.Based on the actual situation of the project,taking the underground tunnel waterproofing project of Shixi Park Station of Chengdu Metro Line 5 as an example,the waterproofing construction scheme of“structural self waterproofing+flexible full package waterproofing layer”is adopted to the external waterproofing layer and special waterproofing layer.This paper analyzes and summarizes the waterproofing construction technology in order to provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
