摘要
对传统的气相色谱法检测聚氨酯防水涂料中游离甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行优化,通过重复进样3~4次3%的TDI溶液使气相色谱快速达到预分析状态,选用弱极性或中等极性毛细管色谱柱,在柱温恒温模式下实现校准溶液和样品的快速检测,分析时间缩短至12 min。检测结果表明:在进样口温度145℃、柱温130℃、检测器温度250℃时,该检测方法的空白加标回收率为95.87%~104.63%,相对标准偏差为1.02%~2.96%,符合规范要求。
In this article the traditional gas chromatographic testing method for dissociated TDI in polyurethane is optimized:through 3~4 times repeated adding of 3%TDI solution,the gas chromatography could quickly reach pre-analysis status;solution calibration and rapid sample testing can be carried out by using weak polar or medium polar capillary chromatographic column at constant column temperature,the analyzing time can be shortened to 12 min.Testing results show when the temperature of sample feeding mouth is at 145℃,column temperature at 130℃,detector temperature at 250℃,the blank standard addition recovery rate of this testing method is 95.87%~104.63%,the relative standard deviation is 1.02%~2.96%,and the specification requirements can be met.
