自媒体时代,网络媒体朝向“物品、技术、平台、人员”趋同合一的方向生成作用机制,由于自媒体发声数量多、频率高、被搜索次数多,大学生网络舆情主动回应与引导在高校思想政治教育中的作用越发重要。面对纷繁复杂的高校舆情新局势,高校学生管理部门需要了解舆情生成诱因,识别舆情烈度,深刻认识大数据背景下自媒体舆情主动回应的现实挑战,掌握舆情研判方法,构建大学生网络舆情主动回应的有效途径,从而推进网络思想政治教育的全面发展和“立德树人”教育根本目的的实现。

In the era of self-media,the network media is developing to a mechanism with goods,technology,platform and personnel all together.The self-media shows large voices,high frequency,and a large number of researches,therefore the active responses and instructions to the public opinion of students are of great importance in the political and ideological education in colleges and universities.Facing the complex new situation of public opinion in colleges and universities,the student management department needs to understand the deep reasons of public opinion generation,identify the intensity of public opinion,deeply understand the real challenges of active response to the self-media public opinion under the background of big data,master the methods of public opinion research and judgment,build an effective way of online public opinion active response,promote the overall development of online political and ideological education and realize the fundamental purpose of education,strengthening the moral education and cultivating people.
