领导干部践行“不忘初心、牢记使命”只有“进行时”——从方法论与实践逻辑角度分析

中共十九届四中全会提出建立“不忘初心、牢记使命”的制度,以这种“仪式感”让更多的人去守护、思考和践行自己的初心和使命。要最大限度激发制度的效能,牵住制度建设的“牛鼻子”,需要领导干部这个“关键少数”做好表率。作为领导干部,应深刻领悟“不忘初心、牢记使命”这一思想蕴含的马克思主义方法论,并用科学的思想方法和灵活务实的工作方法指导实践,在“学”“干”“钻”“传”4个方面深学笃行,影响和带动党风政风社风民风全面好转,实现海晏河清、朗朗乾坤。

The fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee proposed to establish a system,remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,so that more people can protect,practice,think their original aspirations and missions with this“sense of ceremony”.To maximize the performance of excitation system and to hold the key of system construction,leading cadres should set a good example to the public.As leading cadres,leaders should think of Marxist methodology contained in the system,remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,as well as use the scientific and flexible way to guide practice from four aspects:learning,doing,carefully studying and passing down to others,thus influencing Party conduct,political conduct,social conduct and folkway in a good way to realize the peace.
