采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,分析梳理都灵少幼足球启蒙教育特征。主要结论:都灵少幼足球启蒙教育培训体系合理完善;少幼足球竞赛体系完备,实行周末联赛制度;都灵少幼足球启蒙教育资源丰富,选拔流动机制畅通;俱乐部下属的足球学校和俱乐部有机结合,合作关系良好;足球启蒙教育教练员等级资格及培训体系严密。启示:我国少幼足球启蒙教育不易过早搬用足球学校和俱乐部梯队培养体系;应建立自己的少幼足球启蒙教育教练员培养和培训体系;根据本地区对足球后备人才的需求和特点,建立足球启蒙教育的学校、俱乐部培养为主,家庭、社会为辅的合力培养的机制。

Based on literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and sorts out the characteristics of the elementary education of football for children in Turin.Main conclusions:The elementary education and training system of football in Turin is reasonable and perfect.The football competition system for children is complete,and the weekend league system is implemented.The education resources are rich,and the selection flow mechanism is smooth.The football school affiliated to the club is organically integrated with the club,and the cooperative relationship is good.The grade qualification and training system of football coaches are strict.Enlightenment:It is not advisable to adopt the school and club echelon training system too early in the football formative education in China;We should set up our own system of coach training and elementary education for young football players.According to the needs and characteristics of football reserve talents in the local regions,we can establish a school-and club-oriented training mechanism supplemented by family-and society-training.
