摘要 本文介绍了微纳尺度3D打印的技术背景和发展现状,从专利的角度分析了微纳尺度3D打印技术的时间分布、地域分布、技术主题分布、申请人分布情况。此外,还梳理了双光子聚合3D打印技术、电喷印技术和微立体光刻的技术发展路线,以期对相关产业的发展提供有用的专利信息情报。
