摘要
本文依托田陈煤矿"双预控"体系运行系统,以行业标准、规范及危险源辨识方法为依据,将信息化手段引入风险分级管控和隐患排查治理工作过程中,通过构建矿井编码智能四级预警系统、设备智能化点检和安全培训教育虚拟现实智能仿真系统,全面地阐述信息化支撑下的风险预控及隐患排查治理的新体系。利用SPSS 240软件统计分析2016年~2019年期间田陈煤矿在"双预控"体系下出现的违章行为及违章人数,并以此为依据,对信息化支撑下的"双预控"效果进行评价。根据评价结果对"双预控"体系进行及时地更新和完善,以推进"双预控"体系工作科学化、信息化、标准化,最终实现安全关口前移。
This paper relies on the operation system of"double pre-control"system in Tianchen Coal Mine.Based on industry standards,codes and hazard identification methods,information technology is introduced into the process of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and treatment.Through the construction of mine coding intelligent four-level early warning system,virtual reality intelligent simulation system of equipment intelligent spot inspection and safety training education,the new system of risk pre-control and hidden danger investigation and treatment supported by information technology is comprehensively expounded.By using software SPSS 24.0 to analyze the violations and the number of violators in Tianchen Coal Mine during 2016 to 2019 under the"double pre-control"system,and based on this,the"dual pre control"effect under the support of information technology is evaluated,in order to update and to improve the"double pre-control"system in time according to the evaluation results,with a view to promoting the scientific,informationized and standardized work of the"double pre-control"system,moving forward the security barrier in the end.
