曲靖市社会单位消防安全智慧云平台的设计与实现

Planning and practice of"smart firefighting"in Qujing city

"智慧消防"是消防信息化建设的新形态和新任务,各城市在没有统一建设标准情况下,需要结合本地需求探索建设内容。通过分析曲靖市建设智慧消防的需求,提出了曲靖社会单位消防安全智慧云平台的建设思路、目标定位、基本框架、运行流程与关键技术,重点论述了包含单位内部消防管理模块、消防安全信息实时数据采集与分析模块、消防安全自动评价模块、其他辅助安全服务模块在内4个模块14项功能的设计。曲靖智慧消防建设成果可为中小城市建设智慧消防提供参考和借鉴。

“Smart firefighting”is a new form and task of fire information.In the absence of unified construction standards,cities need to explore the construction content in consideration of local needs.By analyzing the demand of smart firefighting in Qujing,the construction idea,target positioning,basic framework,operation process and key technologies of the intelligent cloud platform of fire safety for social units in Qujing were expounded.This paper focuses on the discussion of four service modules designed with 14 functions,involving internal fire management module,real-time data acquisition and analysis module of fire safety information,automatic evaluation module of fire safety and other auxiliary safety service module.Achievements of smart firefighting in Qujing can be reference and experiences for small and medium-sized town to construct“Smart Firefighting”.
