基于摄影测量在特高压直流线路通道管控应用

摘要 为便于开展特高压直流输电线路通道管控,提出了利用摄影测量构建通道模型的方法。因导线直径小,采用常规的影像采集和影像处理,难以完整复原导线模型,致使导线与其它地物关系无法直接测量。通过分析无人机性能、无人机飞行控制、现场作业条件影响因素与影像处理关键技术,研究出一套针对特高压直流线路导线模型复原与应用的解决方案。导线模型的构建,可直接在三维点云中快速进行导线对地表或交叉跨越距离快速评估与计算,并提供良好的三维展示效果,为通道管控提供决策依据。 In order to facilitate the control of high voltage UHV DC transmission lines corridor,a method of constructing transmission line corridor model based on photogra mmetry is proposed.Because of the small diameter of the conductor,it is difficult to apply the conventional image acquisition and image processing to complete the complete recovery of the transmission line corridor model,which can not directly measure the relationship between the conductors and other terrestrial objects.Through the analysis of UAV,UAV flight control performance,on-site work influence factors and key technology,image processing a set of research works on UHVDC line conductor model and application solutions.Conductor model can be directly to the 3D point cloud quickly lead to rapid assessment and calculation of the surface or cross distance,and provides a good 3D display effect,provides the decision-making basis for the corridor control.
