10 kV架空裸导线分沟线夹温升试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 WSM分沟线夹是由螺栓式并沟线夹发展而来的一种新型电工金具,但这种线夹仅在部分区域内使用,并未得到大面积推广,也无从得知通流时线夹的温度状况。为此,搭建了WSM分沟线夹温升试验平台,并基于该试验平台进行了WSM-1、WSM-2、WSM-3三种分沟线夹配合相应钢芯铝绞线的温升试验,分析了接触电阻测试数据异常的原因,提出了接触电阻与温升测试的建议。试验表明:WSM分沟线夹接触电阻小于等长导线电阻,且线夹表面温度低于与其配合的钢芯铝绞线表面温度。同时该试验对线夹温升试验起指导作用。 WSM splitting clamp is a new type of electrical tool developed from bolt type parallel groove clamp.However,this kind of clamp is only used in some areas,and has not been widely popularized,nor can we know the temperature of the clamp when it passes through the current.Therefore,a test platform for temperature rise of WSM splitting clamp is built.Based on this test platform,temperature rise tests of WSM-1,WSM-2 and WSM-3 splitting clamps with corresponding steel-cored aluminum strands are carried out.The reasons for abnormal test data of contact resistance are analyzed,and suggestions for temperature rise test and contact resistance are put forward.The test results show that the contact resistance of WSM splitting clamp is less than that of the equal length wire,and the surface temperature of the clamp is lower than that of the steel-cored aluminum stranded wire matched with it.At the same time,the test plays a guiding role in the temperature rise test of wire clamp.
