Research on Indicator-Based Patent Drafting Skills

本文从近三届金奖专利中精选出15件,按照电学/通信、机械、材料/化学三大专业进行分类,统计其多项指标,从三类专利的特点出发,结合具体案例并参阅其审查过程,以指标为抓手,归纳出相应的专业专利撰写技巧。

This paper selects 15 patents from the Gold Award of China Patent Award in recent 3 years,classifies them into categories according to the 3 specialties of electricity/communication,machinery,materials/chemistry,and makes statistics on their multiple indicators.Starting from the characteristics of the 3 types of patents,combining with specific cases and referring to their examination process,this paper sums up the patent drafting skills of corresponding specialties with the indicators as the starting point.
