地方本科高校构建创新创业教育体系的探索与实践--以西安文理学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Constructing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Local Universities——Taking Xi'an University as an Example

针对地方本科高校高素质应用型人才培养需求,以西安文理学院为例,指出地方本科高校对创新创业教育体系的构建仍旧面临理念认识不到位、课程体系设置不科学不健全、创新创业实践能力培养不足等诸多问题,从教育性原则、递进性原则、协同性原则3个方面阐述了创新创业教育体系构建的基本原则,提出了“三递进、三融合、三协同”的创新创业教育体系。该体系基于人才培养目标,以培养大学生的创新意识、创新精神和创业技能为价值导向,深度融合产学研,是一种以高校教育为基础平台、有机衔接大学生和社会需求关系的系统的科学构建机制,有力地促进了创新创业教育的开展,有利于提高人才培养质量、培养创新创业能力强的应用型人才,为地方本科高校开展创新创业教育积累了经验。

According to the demand of cultivating high-quality applied talents in local universities,taking Xi'an University as an example,this paper points out that the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in local universities is still faced with many problems,such as inadequate understanding of ideas,unscientific and imperfect curriculum system,and insufficient cultivating of innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability.This paper expounds the basic principles of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system from three aspects:educational principle,progressive principle and collaborative principle,and put forward the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of"three progressions,three merges and three synergies".Based on the goal of talent cultivation,this system takes cultivating college students'innovative consciousness,spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship skills as the value orientation,and deeply integrates the government,industry,universities and research institutes.It is a systematic and scientific construction mechanism based on the platform of college education,which connects organically the relationship between college students and social needs.It is conducive to improving the quality of talent cultivation,cultivating applied talents with strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and has accumulated experience for local universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
