摘要
针对固定排放污染源的颗粒物监测,阐述了抽取式颗粒物在线监测系统测试分析的具体步骤:首先在设备出厂前进行尘箱比对检定,校准确定传感器的一次项系数和常数项;其次在系统现场安装后通过调整工况的颗粒物质量浓度,手动采样称重计算颗粒物质量浓度,校准确定系统的一次项系数和常数项。通过比对两次校准结果,讨论了抽取式颗粒物在线监测系统现场应用的影响因素,指出K值和b值经过两次校准,抽取式颗粒物在线监测系统才能较真实地反映工况颗粒物质量浓度。
In view of the particulate matter monitoring of stationary emission pollution sources,the specific steps of test and analysis of extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system are described:firstly,the dust box is compared and verified before the equipment leaves the factory,and the primary term coefficient and constant term of the sensor are determined by calibration;secondly,after the system is installed on site,the mass concentration of particulate matter is calculated by manual sampling and weighing by adjusting the mass concentration of particulate matter under working conditions,and the primary term coefficient and constant term of the system are determined by calibration.Based By comparison to the twice calibration results,the influencing factors of extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system are discussed.It is pointed out that only after the K value and b value are calibrated twice can the mass concentration of particulate matter under working conditions be reflected more truly by extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system.
