摘要
BIM技术目前广泛应用于建筑专业课程的教学,其具有可视化、模拟化、资源丰富等诸多优势,将其应用于传统的建筑工程计量与计价课程可帮助学生加深对知识的理解,提高其应用知识解决问题的能力。文章通过分析建筑工程计量与计价课程在传统教学中存在的主要问题,指出了BIM技术应用于建筑工程计量与计价课程的优势,并指出应用BIM技术教学应注意的问题,以使其充分发挥作用。
BIM technology is widely used in the teaching of architectural specialized courses,which has many advantages,such as visualization,simulation,rich resources and so on.The application of BIM technology in the traditional course of construction engineering measurement and valuation can help students deepen their understanding of knowledge and improve their ability to solve problems by applying knowledge.Through analyzing the main problems existing in the traditional teaching of the course of construction engineering measurement and valuation,this paper points out the advantages of applying BIM technology in the course of construction engineering measurement and valuation,and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of BIM technology teaching,so as to make it play a full role.
