摘要
综述了氟氧化稀土的合成、表征和其应用研究现状。氟氧化稀土兼备氟化物和氧化物的优点,具有高透明性和优异的发光性能,更适合作为优良发光的基体材料,特别是用沉淀法和水热灼烧法合成的稀土掺杂的氟氧化稀土荧光粉,在激光显微手术、生物标记、遥感和环境监测等领域具有潜在应用,有望成为合成氟氧化稀土的主流技术,并对氟氧化稀土合成技术及未来产业化前景进行了展望。
The synthesis,characterization and application of rare earth oxyfluoride were reviewed.Rare earth oxyfluoride has the advantages of both fluoride and oxide,and has high transparency and excellent luminescent properties,and is more suitable as a matrix material for excellent luminescence.Especially rare earth-doped oxyfluoride was synthesized by precipitation method and hydrothermal burning method.Rare earth oxyfluoride phosphors have potential applications in laser microsurgery,biomarkers,remote sensing and environmental monitoring.They are expected to become the mainstream technology for the synthesis of rare earth oxyfluoride,and the synthesis of rare earth oxyfluoride and future industrialization were prospected.
