On April 3,1951,China and Poland signed the Cultural Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Poland.It was the first cultural agreement signed between the government of the New China and that of a foreign country,which had a special meaning and marked the beginning of China's formal cultural exchanges with Poland and other countries and being on the legalized track.
