摘要
为提高BIM在综合设施管理中的采纳率和应用水平,运用演化博弈理论,分析了综合设施管理组织BIM应用合作行为系统的6种演化情形,并利用MATLAB软件数值仿真演示了混合策略均衡下收益大小及其分配系数、成本大小及其分配系数、合作协同系数等参数变化对双方演化稳定策略的影响。研究结果表明,综合设施管理组织中单个企业的行为策略选择将受到群体中其他企业的行为决策影响;系统演化稳定策略是在BIM成本大小、BIM收益大小及其分配系数、合作协同系数等多种因素作用下的行为策略选择结果;通过控制BIM应用成本,增加BIM应用收益,采取收益共享机制并设定合理的利益分配系数,以及设计BIM应用激励机制等措施可引导综合设施管理组织进行BIM应用合作。
In order to improve the adoption rate and application level of BIM in integrated facility management,evolutionary game theory was used and six scenarios of system evolution for BIM application cooperation behaviors of integrated facility management organization were analysed.Then MATLAB software numerical simulation was used to demonstrate the influences of cooperation benefit value and its allocation coefficient,cooperation cost value and its allocation coefficient and cooperation coordination coefficient on the evolutionary stability strategy(ESS)of both parties under mixed strategy equilibriums.The results show that the behavioral strategy choice of individual enterprise is influenced by the behavioral decisions of other enterprises in the integrated facility management organization.The system evolutionary stability strategy is the result of behavioral strategy selection under the influences of BIM cost value,BIM benefit value and its allocation coefficient,and cooperative coordination coefficient.By controlling BIM application costs,increasing BIM application revenue,adopting a revenue sharing mechanism and setting a reasonable benefit allocation coefficient,and designing a BIM application incentive mechanism,the integrated facility management organization will be guided to conduct BIM application cooperation.
