精细化管理在往复压缩机检维修质量中的应用

Application of Fine Management in the Inspection and Maintenance Quality of Reciprocating Compressor

压缩机是炼化企业生产装置的核心设备,其维修质量的好坏,对企业的安全、平稳、长周期生产具有非常重要的意义。针对某石化公司制加氢装置大型往复压缩机组在历次计划性检修后次生故障多、一次性开机成功率低等问题进行了分析和总结,在此基础上,提出了相应的检维修过程质量精细化管理控制措施,有效地提高了大型机组大修后一次开机成功率,使大型机组大修质量得到可靠保证,为提高大型机组检维修质量提供经验和参考。

Compressor is the core equipment of production equipment in refining and chemical enterprises. Its maintenance quality is very important for the safety, stability and long-term production of enterprises. This paper analyzed and summarized the problems of many secondary failures and low success rate of one-time start-up of large type of reciprocating compressor unit in hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company. On this basis, the corresponding fine management and control measures for the quality of inspection and maintenance process was put forward, which effectively improved the success rate of one-time start-up after the overhaul of large units and obtained reliable guarantee for the quality of large unit overhaul, which provides experience and reference for improving the maintenance quality of large units.
