往复压缩机运行故障分析及预防措施

Analysis and Precautions for the Operating Failure of Reciprocating Compressor

往复压缩机由于压力范围广、效率高、适应性强,在石化及天然气输送行业中应用广泛。通过对往复压缩机的常见故障、以及近年来我厂联合一车间往复机所发生故障进行分析,提出了相应预防措施,也为往复压缩机今后的故障处理以及运行管理提供参考。

Reciprocating compressors are widely used in the petrochemical and natural gas transportation industries due to their wide pressure range, high efficiency, and strong adaptability. Through analysis of the common failures of reciprocating compressors and the failures of a reciprocating compressor in one workshop of factory in recent years, corresponding preventive measures are proposed, which also provide references for future failure processing and operation management of reciprocating compressors.
