职教体系视域下集团化办学发展定位研究 被引量:1

摘要 职教集团化办学二十多年发展实践证明,这一职业教育的创新举措,对我国现代职业教育发展发挥了较大的积极作用。但也存在着职教集团性质定位与功能定位不匹配的问题,影响了职教集团作用的发挥。随着职业教育改革的深入,要把松散型办学联合体的单一性质定位调整为包含示范性松散型办学联合体、产教融合型企业、非盈利性社会组织等多种性质定位的职业教育组织,达成探索中国特色职教集团化办学模式,构建产教深度融合、校企协同发展模式,带动中小企业参与校企协同发展等功能定位,为教育与经济社会协同发展做出贡献。 The practice of vocational education group school running over the past twenty years has proved that this innovative measure of vocational education has played a positive role in the development of modern vocational education in China.However,there is also a mismatch between the nature and function of vocational education groups,which affects the role of vocational education groups.With the deepening of vocational education,it should adjust the single nature of the loose school running association into the vocational education organization with multiple nature and orientation which includes demonstrative loose school running association,the industry-education integrated enterprises and non-profit social organizations and explore the vocational school running mode with Chinese characteristics.It should establish the collaborative development mode integrating industry and education,and drive small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in school-enterprise collaborative development and other functional positioning,making a contribution to the coordinated development of education and economic society.
