高职英语专业实训基地的建设研究

Construction and Research of Practical Training Bases for Higher Vocational English Specialty

目前高职英语专业的实训基地建设还存在诸多问题,因而在很大程度上影响学生的就业能力。从实训基地建设的指导思想和目标出发,分析其现存的问题,从而有针对性地提出解决的方法和策略:完善多功能的教学语音室建设;加强实训教师的实训技能培训;规范校外实训基地的管理机制;建立以就业为导向,突出岗位能力的模块化实训模式。从而有效地提高实训效果,优化实训教学。

At present there are many problems in the construction of practical training bases in higher vocational English specialty,which has a great influence on students'employment.This paper starts with the guiding thought and goal of the construction of practical training bases,and analyzes the existing problems.Then it puts forward solving methods and strategies:improve the construction of multifunctional teaching language labs;strengthen the practical skills training of teachers;standardize the management mechanism of off-campus training bases;establish the modular training pattern orientated by employment.These can improve the effect of practical training and optimize the teaching of practical training.
