Young teachers in higher vocational colleges are an important part of the teaching and scientific research team in higher vocational education,as well as the executors and fresh forces in promoting educational and teaching reform,shouldering the important mission of training socialist constructors and successors.The strengthening and improvement of the ideological and political education of young teachers in higher vocational colleges has great significance for realizing the basic task of morality education.This paper analyzes the main problems facing the ideological and political education of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,probes into and innovates the educational principles,and strengthens and perfects the educational methods and ways,in order to improve the ideological and political quality of young teachers continuously,and carry out the ideological and political education of young teachers effectively.
